The company is going throughout a fast expansion phase which concerns the production capacity, the human capital and the business results. The Role:We are seeking an experienced Business Advisor to Shareholder with a primary focus on Business Development and Compliance. This strategic role involves guiding the company’s growth while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the main shareholder, the advisor will analyze the current situation, identify new market opportunities, advise on operations optimization, and establish a strong compliance framework.Audit & Strategic Assessment: Evaluate the company’s existing business operations, sales channels, and overall market strategy. Assess compliance with Russian and international regulatory requirements, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. Analyze operational efficiency, financial performance, and risk exposure. Provide a strategic report outlining key insights and actionable recommendations for business growth and regulatory compliance. Business Development & Growth Strategy: Analyze and identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and strategic directions for product expansion and market entry. Advise on strategies to expand sales channels, including B2G (Business-to-Government), clinics, and healthcare institutions. Provide recommendations on optimizing business operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability. Conduct market research to assess industry trends, consumer demand, and competitive positioning. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners, to provide guidance on potential collaborations and partnerships. Work closely with internal teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to offer insights and strategic direction while supporting their decision-making processes. Compliance & Production Optimisation: Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards while integrating best practices for production efficiency. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and improved operational efficiency. Recommend strategies for lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and improved resource allocation. Collaborate with production teams to enhance quality control, process automation, and workforce productivity. Develop internal policies that balance compliance requirements with operational agility. Support the implementation of training programs that align compliance with efficient manufacturing practices The Candidate: Degree in management, finance, business strategy, supply chain, or related fields. 10+ years in leadership roles within manufacturing, with a strong background in compliance and business development.
